There are two side of the story as a rule. Oh as a Murthy's Law!
We giving feedbacks and we getting feedback. The negative feedback might let us feel heartbroken, but we got respect for our work and attention for our vertuers and efford. How often we get nothing, though being refused to get position, promotion etc.
TELL ME WHY?
Praising could be as alarming as sugar coating can mask the coming thunderstorm of negativity. Especially if it is only cuchioning the mains....It can leave you hopeless or feel youself hopeless.
If you have to give a feedback it is also a skill and creative work of mentor and guru! You have to find those words that fit into the situation, taks and style of your Feedback. It is sometimes hard to make it encouraging and posetive sometimes.
